[Xsitepro] Hmm.. I hit the "Publish My Website" icon but my website doesn't appear...

After hitting the "Publish my Website" icon, my website gets uploaded and I receive a "Successfully Uploaded" notification.

But when I went over to my website, I see nothing there. It's still the "old" template.

So, I launched FileZila (my FTP client) to see if any Xsitepro file has been uploaded, but there's none.

I've also tested my FTP connection and it's working fine..

Anyone knows why this is happening??

Here's a screen shot of Xsitepro just to ensure I've got the details filled up correctly

Have you tried clearing your internet cache?

That typically cures this issue 99% of the time

Thats because you havent uploaded the website still.
Check my above post. Fill this information /public_html/ in FTP Directory and you will be able to upload

      Clearing cache good idea.

And/or can try <Ctrl>+F5 to pull up a truly refreshed page, not just a cached one.

You did not fill the path of ftp directory
If you are installing in the root folder it should be

    /public_html

In the ftp directory. Leave the home directory blank

          Hey sach,

when you create a subdomain a folder will be automatically created by your cpanel in the public_html folder.

Let's say your subdomain is abc.myurl.com

For uploading into subdomain keep your setting same as you have done for your main domain. The only change you have to make in in ftp directory. It should be

            /public_html/abc

This also holds good for addon domains

Sachibhat is right. You need to fill in the ftp directory: /public_html (if uploading to root folder).

I had the same question in my head initially, but realized later it's the unfilled directory issue. You should have no problem viewing your website now!

You will see those files when u upload them correctly.
(XSite has its own "format" including css etc..)
