Software for Slideshow with Voice Over??

Can anyone recommend software for turning a slide show into a video with voice over?? I don't know much about video software, so any suggestions are appreciated.

EDIT: On second thought, I think it would be better to record the screen and my voice in real time as I'm showing the slides. Any suggestions for software? Thanks.

    Camtasia is great and you can use it with powerpoint slideshows. Comprehensive instructions are provided by Camtasia, There is also a free period - I think the first month.
