I am using WP 2011 theme for building my site. On right hand side of my home page following are appearing:

META
Site Admin
Log out
Entries RSS
Comments RSS
WordPress.org

Obviously these should not be there when public are view my site. What I am supposed to do with these. As per me when public see my site these should not be there on my home page. But these remain there. I have checked with another browser also.

If it isnt something you can do in a widget, go to your sidebar.php file and just remove the ones you dont want.

what you are asking is easy.
Wordpress by default will put those out there. once you add a new side widget they should disappear. If they don’t one of your side widgets is displaying them, drag that one out of the right side area when in admin section.

cbnet, go to the wordpress forum and get an account there. Post the same question, solved in mins.
