Hi Warriors,
Can I ask some help from you here? Have you encountered something like this before? I am very disappointed with Clickbank not counting my sales... I was wondering why I was not able to sell anything in the last 2 weeks...
When i checked my Clickbank analytics, that's when I found out that I was having many form submits, but CBank is not recording them as sales.. did you encounter this problem before? How can this happen?

Here Are Some Screen Shots: (more screenshots are attached)

I am still trusting Clickbank, but can someone explain to me why there are form submits with no sales? Are they results of wrong credit card numbers...etc? This is just a new website I set up 2 months ago, if that is important...

Unless its a whole lot of submits, its nothing to worry about.

People punch in random info all the time just to see if the sale goes through.

This is very common, a lot of people enter the wrong info on the first few attempts and sometimes some people enter fake info to test if it will go through anyway.

I am having the same problem with Clickbank which is why I came across this thread. Come to think of it, I may have entered random info into other salespages before too

Yea, for the first time I have seen this, and so have a lot of others. It makes total sense that people submit the order with errors, and when they do the tracker counts the submission. But there happens to be a wave or people getting the same thing. All my sales from the past have been as: order form submission count 1, 1 sale, order form submission count 4, 4 sales. But this time order form submission count 6, zero sales.

I wondered why like anyone else, and found a ton of people were having the same problem all of the sudden. I am thinking it is the traffic we are all driving...or a lot of us, the worldwide campaign to a product on Clickbank is going to bring unwanted stuff, but it can also bring good results. A lot of people are paying to bring in 20,000 hops and more at a time and these results are sure to have some toying with the order form.

If you have someone that really wants the product they will fix any error and make the purchase, so that is why the Clickbank tracker shows a percentage of order form submit count conversions. The developers knew that not all orders or order form submissions would go through, and that to makes sense.

This is the only thing I do not like about Clickbank, if a person's order does not go through properly, I do not quite care to know about it. I suppose I may be in the minority on that course of thinking. When I started PPC, I got super excited and then I noticed it was not a sale.
