Tweets Attacks is Dead? RIP Tweet Attacks...

...Sorry, but this software is no longer available...

Shame that. I was going to buy it this weekend through whosthatguru's link.

What are the best alternatives, please? Any ideas?

Does this indicate a general clampdown by Twitter on such automated marketing tools, perhaps?

Regards to all,

Peter

There's a thread about this somewhere...I can't remember what its called.

Part of the tool will remain, and some will not, but yes - Twitter are cracking down on companies that break the ToS, and that includes the part of Tweet Attack that creates Twitter accounts.

    (At least thats my understanding)

I think things have moved on from there.

I was aware that Twitter got Tweet Attacks hosting shut down and they were working to get it back up but without the account creation tool. The site gave a 'closed for maintenance' message then.

The 'Sorry, but this software is no longer available' message is new and looks pretty final to me.

I've never used it, but posts here suggest that it will be back, minus the account creation aspect.

    E x

Edit: Although reading through that again, it might just reopen for existing users. Hmm.

What exactly is Tweet Attacks anyway?

I have just been doing things the manual way I would love it if someone could show me a place where I could automate some of this workload.

I personally never had too much luck using any automated Twitter tools. Even If I was using for White Hat (not doing any spamming or anything) the accounts always seemed to get suspended. I'm mainly moved most of my tasks in all aspects to manual or outsourced. Just a personal preference though.

don't use automated tools for Twitter that game the system. If you do, please don't come in here later crying that your Twitter account got suspended.

IMHO, Twitter is a great traffic source, if you don't abuse it.

What a sad day for all the people who won't be able to 'Attack' others on Twitter today with their marketing message.

    I'm shedding real tears here

    lol, its not "dead"

I spoke with Jay last night about it after he sent out the email.. they just arent selling any new licenses.

You can see the email here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5885021

Those who already own the software, you can still use it, and you will receive updates as usual.

Sorry to those who were planning on buying but didn't get to (like the OP) but if you find someone who is selling their own license and you get a chance to pick up a copy, my tutorials & bonus items are still available.

Other than that, better luck next time, eh? lol because unfortunately, this decision is permanent.

And no, Tweet Adder is nowhere near as powerful as TA Pro. Sorry man.
