How Do I Setup Aweber To Do This?

i am new to aweber and want to implement this:

i have created a new list for a new website

i have created 4 reports that i want to put up on the website and make available for download after optin

i have created 4 different web forms for the 4 different reports

how do i set this up?

when visitor puts his email id in (in any of the 4 forms) -> page asking them to confirm

they go to their email account and confirm

then they get another email with the report that they wanted
that email also has a link that sends them to a download page where they can download the same report

they are added to the list

---------

if they want to download another report -> they fill up that form as well
but they are not asked to confirm if they are already on the list

but they would receive the email with the report and the link to the download page.

-----------

If they are not on the list but sign up to another download another report, then after confirmation, they are added to the same list but get a different email with the corresponding report and download link.

------------

Why don't you just make all 4 reports available, with one list, and one web form and make it easy on yourself?

If the reports aren't related at all, then you can create separate LISTS for each one. Then you'd create one webform for each of the different lists.

I'd suggest you do as Bill said.

      Keep things simple!

You can lose track of what's going with your lists if you mangle things up on aweber.

You don't have to get them to fill in more than one form which would probably cheese them off anyway. Just set up an autoresponder series and set it to deliver emails with links at whatever rate you wish.

If you really want to have them fill in different forms under My Lists is an automation setting where you can automatically move them from one list to another each time you get them to fill in a form

I'd also do as the others are suggesting. If the reports are all the same just use one list. If they are different niches I would set up 4 different lists. It never hurts to have the same person on more than one list, you can send them different offers.
