Whats the quickest way to generate a lot of content?

It took me 3 hours just to make 1 brochure for our company.

We have 2 companies and I really want to get a lot of free content made up that we can start marketing with. Right now we have virtually nothing.

I need a few videos made,
2 brochures
2 guides
2 flyers
2 testmonial pages to show during presentations
A few articles etc etc

Is fiver the best way to go here? Because I've been searching through fiver and it seems people make videos and flyers, but not all the other stuff I need like brochures, educational guides and what not.

For business owners in here how do you get most of your content made up? I would like for my content to be as nice as possible, which is another reason I'm worried about using fiver. Theres just no way I would have gotten a brochure as nice as the one I made if I paid $5 for it.

Do you guys hire a graphic designer? Do you do a ton of research on fiver to find all the best people? Or could I use PLR for this? When I was searching for PLR products related to energy audits all I found was articles on renewable energy. I did find an ebook which I'm getting but maybe I'm not looking at the right places.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
