How to solve these two prolems

I am in a very initial stage of building up my site.

(i) When I open my site through google, my site appears and it shows first page which has menu bar & side bar. But when I go to any other page of my site, they neither show menu bar nor they show side bar.
(ii) Also other pages of the site do not show any home tab so that I may click it & go back to first (home) page.

I am using twenty eleven theme in Wordpress. Please advise how to solve above problems.

    In your wordpress admin, you should be able to add it by going to themes> widgets.

    I have tried through widgets, but there are no such options.
