New to IM :: Why don't i get succes?

Hey WF!! I'm very new here -

Im Oscar and im 15 years old. I come from Denmark!

I'm looking for some sweet people that can tell me what to improve in my site.

site is www LetsGoGuitar com

my steps were:

0) well since im a newbie i started reading about IM...

1) Found keyword(s) i wanted to rank for. I used google keyword research and market samurai

2) Made a site and placed adsense.


3) created content.

4) used NO HANDS SEO to get backlinks. I have 1200 backlinks in total. Mostly forum backlinks etc.

4) Then, I made a video promoting it! ( bit*ly/GZgZ9e )

5) I am waiting for income. But i only earned 5$ In 1 month?

That was pretty much it. What can I do better?? Why dont i get any $$$ from this?

    Geez, I think $5.00 for a 15 year old is really good, but that just me... By the time you're 20 you'll be raking it in!

    Your site is really good, good color, blends well, easy to view, could improve read ability. (if you really want me to read)

    I'm interested in knowing what your traffic to the site is like? Do you have googl3 analytics? Interested in building a list? Add affiliate products with higher return. Those are the areas I would look at next.


    Have any wordpress designs for real estate themed site?

      Hi thanks for replying .

      The traffic - well since i am new i dont know very much about SEO, so i made that video which i am going to submit to 30 top video sharing sites.. I dont really know how to rank in google. I only have like 190 unique page visits so far.. and thats for one month.. and only from the little video..

      I try to rank #1 for "Ashton Guitars" that's also why I have that in the H1 and h2 tag.

      I also have a clickbank product which i try to sell, that's the guitar course you can read about when you enter the page.. Yes i have google analytics on the page.

      What do you mean by building a list? what's that?

      As I said before i can only gain traffic from the promotion video i made. and theres 9k - 10k searches for "Ashton Guitars" which i try to rank for

    The side bar ad on the right hand side, turn that to 'text ads only' in Adsense. You also need to write more in-depth articles, that actually help people. Write articles for people first and then the search engines second. You need to find a new long tail keyword something, like a question people would type into Google, and create say new 1 article every week. Then build some quality backlinks to it.

    If you're consistent with your efforts, you'll start to reap the rewards latter down the road.
