Do you write your email subject line this way?

Hi Warriors,

When you send an email to your list, do you capitalize the first letter of every word on your subject line, or just the first word of your sentence?

Is there any study that proves which way is more effective than the other?

    Hi Michael,

    I used to capitalize every word. In fact, my very first article (from years ago) told people to do the same thing.

    Not anymore.

    I now usually say "Hi Name, here is a..."

    My thought is this is the type of subject line I would send to a friend, and I really do think of all of my subscribers as friends.

    That being said, I haven't done any testing/tracking on it.

    The First Word Capitalized Looks Too Spammy For My Tastes

    I've not actulaly tested this but I tend to use a mixture of both.

    However, I try to make my email subject line stand out by putting a couple of symbols before the text. Like ** or ~~. That just make sthe email stand out in people sinbox a bit better.
