You ask fo magic. Even thought you can register domain name and if someone big with money need this name you can get profit.

It takes time to flip a site, very few people will even consider buying a new site. Most people want to see stats and PR, those things take time. Just build a good site that has valued content and over time it will gain rank and traffic then sell it.

i agree with Ckrismoney, flipping new website is not an easy thing. buyers are mostly finding and buy a website that is already making money for the past 4 months.

when selling a website, you can ask for the price of "montly profit x 12-24months"

just build a website first then monetize it with google adsense, you can make a profit and sell that website for sure if you can make at least $100/month. good luck

You mean for free? You'll have better luck just getting a web flipping guide than you will finding a free mentor that meets your demands.

How on earth do you think that is even possible?

Website flipping can make you go crazy because you make your first site, pay $19 flipping fees you put low reserve price and someone buys it for $10 as no one else sees the value. But, focus on making cool little micro niche sites and monetize it. send traffic and sell. Simple.

Once you do the first one, start the next one.

What you ask is impossible. Your expectations are way too high.

(1) Mentors cost money
(2) No one can get a site up today and flip tomorrow, unless it is a crap site.
(3) Content Traffic and Money is important,
(4) Take Suraj Muralee comments above and concentrate on that, because he is right, huge big monies paid for sites, are on the ones that have huge amounts of documented income. However, beware, you will need proof of any income you claim the site is making to sell any site for any amount.

There is so much information out there on website flipping, you need to search for it, devour it, and set your expectations to a realistic level.

If you can find any who can teach you how to make a site one day and flip it for a huge profit the next - and can proof that, time and again, let all of us know here at WF, as I for one will be first in line, and I know hundred of others will line up behind me.

Ok it is possible to build a site and flip it within a week and make a decent profit if you do it right... I know because I have done it multiple times!

but like everyone else is saying... if you want to make good money then you need to hold onto it for awhile and build it up.

I have built brand new sites in one day, some even in less than 5 hours and sold them on flippa for $400-500

But the real money is in holding onto the site, doing some seo, getting some real traffic to it, and making some profit off it. Then you have a ton of statistics to show how well the site is doing and how much profit it has made.

I worked on a site for about 4 months, had roughly over 3k visitors a month, and made over 3k in profit in that time span. I ended up selling the site and the product for over 20k!

All in less than 4 months! it can be done if you know what your doing. But, like everyone has said... good luck finding the answers for free. I can answer some basic questions for you but nobody want to work for free bud.

flipping websites is not easy. first you need to gain stats and pr of the website or selling your url if anyone value it.

You can look for flipping related WSOs but you'll need to pay for them. Doubt whether you will get a mentor for free

yep...I agree flipping is not easy at all. plus the price is too much variable and hard to guess the real value.
