    I've seen the video before and it's very interesting, his points are valid. You have to
    make it crystal clear and easy for your customers.

    I see often such examples of bad marketing in my surroundings, even from big companies.
    For example, one TV station is promoting their new show on a billboard along a busy
    street. From the image you have no idea what it's all about, and the text is so small
    that you'd have to come and stand near it to read, no chance to see it from the car. Quite silly.

    On the flip side, some billboards have text that you can't miss and can see from a mile away.
