Search Code In Google To Find Forums/Sites?

I can't find this anywhere. I know it exists, but I'm sure I'm typing in the wrong thing..

I'm trying to find forums/websites in the muscle-building niche, gamer niche, and comic book niche.

I know there are "codes" or a search string out there that you put plop into the google search bar that will give you these results.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

It's something like "muscle building": all site. title or something lol

    Are you looking for these site for backlinks or just information.

    I will find the string (I have it somewhere) for the forums. But off the top of my head if your looking for blogs that offer do-follow backlinks in the comments try this

    YourName@YourKeywords says "Your Keywords”

    So if your looking for comic book niche and wanted to search maybe for spider man comics you could put this

    YourName@YourKeywords says "Spider Man Comics”
