Google PPC and Clickbank

I just saw a free video from a well known marketing "Guru" he has a very good simple system that could make a lot of money. But in the video he tells you to use clickbank and to link the google PPC ads to the clickbank sales page. What!!!? I thought Google had banned linking PPC ads to clickbank. He is not talking about linking to to pre sell pages but directly to the landing page. Also this has nothing to do with the new google shadow system. A side question would be what is googles policy on Paydotcom? His system would work well there. Thanks

    You are right you have to link to your own domain and not an affiliate link so if Google finds out (and they will usually quickly) that is the end of that.

    Thanks, so I am not hallucinating then. But what puzzles me is how the guy could make a mistake like that. This is one of the top well known gurus, you probably get emails from him, and I have gotten great ingenious stuff from him in the past, so why would he come with a plan- in great detail- I might add which cannot be implemented? Unless the video is old. But he just sent the video to his list this week.

    Most of the stuff on Google AdWords out there is pure crap. Really, it's absolutely useless.

    The only, ONLY AdWords product I'd recommend is Ryan Deiss/Perry Belcher's "Wholesale Traffic Secrets." Even that one I'd give a 7.5.

    The only way to really learn AdWords IMO is to talk to super affiliates. Go to conferences, buy them dinner and ask them questions.
