If I place affiliate banners and clickbank products on my site what do I have to disclose for ftc

    You must put a statement that you are a affiliate for these products some where on your website. I would suggest you put a disclaimer, privacy policy and contact page at the bottom as well.

    You have to disclose that you are being paid an affiliate commission for referring visitors to affiliate products sites. This is for visitor's information. This has become a requirement to affiliate blogs today.

    I don't want to hijack the thread, as this will help the OP as well, but:

    Is "Disclosure Policy" the same with "Affiliate Policy", or what exactly should be the wording of the page where you, as an affiliate, share you affiliate agenda?

    I just call mine Privacy Policy and include everything in there.
