The Secret To Turning Facebook Fans Into Subscribers?

I have several Facebook fan pages with 1000s of fans.

I used to be able to email them through my page but recent FB changes have
stopped this process.

I know how to collect emails on my page but I would like to convert the existing fans to email subscribers.

Perhaps there is an app, script or plugin available.

Any help would be appreciated.

      Thanks Dianne but I think those apps are more for wordpress sites, what I am looking for is to get the email addresses of my page fans/likes.
