Blog about making money online

Hello,

I'm wondering if i could start a blog about making money online and online entrepreneurship, is it possible to write and explore this niche? i mean writing and learning for myself and others? i understand that there are many such blogs and websites, but I'm so passionate writing and sharing about these topics that i can't help it.

Should i start such a blog?

    Sure...you can start a blog about whatever you want..!
    But the questions remains...
    What do you want to achieve with this blog..??
    As you may know...the Make Money Online is a very competitive market..!
    Will this be a 'hobbie' blog...or will you monetize it in some way..??

      Id stay away from that one bud. Plenty of other good keywords and topics out there to write about that still make damn good money.

    I wouldn't start a blog about making money online until I was making money online.

    If you're hoping to make money through blogging, I wouldn't recommend that either - it takes a very long time to achieve and there's plenty of other (quicker and more reliable) ways to make money.

      Exactly, people try and make a blog about a subject cause they hear it makes good money, yet don't know how to do what they are writing about themselves.

    Thank You all for your replies.

    Ted, yes, this is my plan, to write posts and monetize the blog if possible.

    I’m overwhelmed with so much information which I’ve gained from various different resources and the only way for me to have clarity and focus is to write it down, so i thought why don’t i start a blog and share it online like a journal ?! i would monetize it, but my goal is enjoy writing about it and sharing it with others.

    Sure.

    You can aim to rank for the keyword "making money online", I don't think it's too hard.

    But seriously, if this subject is your true passion you are going to find it a lot easier creating content and building up your website.

    I say go for it.

    But you may need to put a unique spin on it to be able to reach a space which can attract a lot of traffic.

    There are about a zillion blogs about making money online. Everybody wants to be John Chow. Nobody remembers he was one of the first, if not THE first, to realize he could make money online by bragging about making money online.

    Go read some of the high-ranking blogs in the niche. Then figure out how to do it BETTER. From day one, donate half your profits to charity or something. Work with others, don't just try to exploit them.

    You can write a blog about whatever topic you want.
    Write about topics that drives you and which you are most
    passionate about

    But the most important rule is be genuine. Write from the heart.
    Do not pretend to be someone you are not.

    Just be really genuine with your writing. People in this niche don't want bull****. Also, be prepared to do lots of SEO if you want a chance to rank in this niche

    There is more to it than just starting a blog. Posting a blog is great, but if there isn't anyone looking at it then it's pretty much pointless. If you want to start such a blog, especially in such a popular niche, you need to learn how to bring traffic to it first.

    I have a blog on this topic although i dont update it often enough but i agree with the comments here, its a small pond with alot of big fish.
    while you could blog on the subject and be very successful the opposite could happen to. it might be an idea to have another niche as your primary and use that as way of filling out your money blog with solid unique info gained from working on your primary niche blog/website.
    money blogs are in my opinion sink or swim but most other niches have a more newbie friendly learning curve

    The idea is more of exploring the literature of online business and entrepreneurship including news, tips and updates about these topics, and sharing anything i could find about how to make money online in general in an honest and legal way.

    Sure you can, I have a money making blog/website www.NicheBizIdeas.com and I offer FREE money making ideas and reports, along with a few that I sell and I make a pretty descent amount of sales per month from my blogs, so I don't see any reason why you can't do the same.
