How to share unique service with niche online audience?
I have a unique new service in a startup business of mine that will give people with bad allergies/seizure disorders an easy-to-remember tollfree number to where they can dial a live nurse line, and also using caller ID technology to be routed to a personal recording. This would be very valuable if they would place this on speakerphone to explain to Good Samaritans how to help them.
My question then is how to share this with my very specialized target audience. I was thinking of going onto o-desk or others and offering to give someone with an allergy/seizure disorder free service and then hire them to start posting in the online forums about their condition and gently sharing about the service my business now offers and how this helps them to know it is always there if they ever need. Perhaps this would attract that audience to visit my website and learn about the service. Is this a good idea? Are there any other better, creative ways to connect with people and get into these niches?
