When you transfer some of your paypal balance from one paypal account to another do you get charged? Also if you transfer money from your paypal account to someone else's bank account do you occur charges?
For example if you buy something online for 10pound. You then occur paypal fees for this transaction; From this 10pound you need to send this amount to someone else. Do you charged the fees again or does the receiver get the paypal fees?
