Email Senders for Paid Lists

Hi Warrior Forum,

I hate that this subject matter is my first post here but I am stumped for an answer.

I'm working with a client who has purchased an email marketing list (horrible idea I know) and has now tasked me with finding a 3rd party vendor to send the list through. For the life of me I can't find a single vendor that will allow you to upload and send out emails to a paid list. I've looked at the obvious vendors: aweber, mail chimp, constant contact, campaign monitor.

I'm also aware of some of the horror stories that happen to individuals who push a paid list through these vendors (block isps).

My question is, is anyone aware of any 3rd part email sender that supports broadcasting to paid lists?

Thank you in advanced for your help with this.

That's a bad bad bad .... bad idea.

How did he get that list? Bought 120 million emails from ebay?

I agree, it's not the best idea. I believe he worked with Dun and Bradstreet to get the list.

Sometimes you just have to say NO to your client. Explain how unethical, and unlawful it would be for you and him under the CAN-SPAM act.
