duplicate ontents within sub domains

INTERNET MARKETING

I come across a freelance job search site offer instant creation of freelance job aggregator on its sub domain. *projects(dot)donanza(dot)com , you can link your specified domain to it as well.

My wondering is , as i observe content of its sub domains user created are almost the same,

google search: site: projects.donanza.com

Will duplicate ontents within sub domain cause SEO Negatives?

How to technically avoid it?

  Your main issue will be getting that page listed in the search results.
  If that is your objective?
  
  No matter how well you SEO it, it is likely to be only one of many (more established ) pages with the same content.
  
  Google's Search Duplicate Content Filter will likely filter your page out in favour of older pages.
  
  If ranking the pages is what you want to do you may be better off creating a fresh content site with related keywords and ranking those pages which link directly to the job page.
