Starting From Scratch - What Would You Do?

I recently read a great ebook that was about well known marketers online, it asked the question

What would you do if you suddenly lost everything, how would you go from nothing to thousands of dollars in 30 days again?

Its a great question and hopefully we can help some newbies out here aswell.

Ok so basically what would you recommend to do first?

Would you recommend any guides for listbuilding, traffic generation, seo, getting listed, backlink building, minisite design, article writing, banner exchanges.

Or do you have your own set plan?

Take what your best at and run with it. I think you should add affiliate marketing to that list. Think about it you have nothing to start with, what could you do best. I say article writing connected to affiliates combined with massive free marketing techniques. That could lead to the rest of it, one
after the other. What do you think?

I won't waste time with a thousand info products again... LOL

I'd create my own plan and use help from products like Mass Control and Reese Reports to help me effectively strategize and market. But implement the plan from Day 2.

Generate money from nothing if you've lost everything.

Tap into your list of joint venture contacts as you would have accumulated over the time of being a successful marketer and offer coaching in whatever field of expertise you're in, for a special discount.

Voila, money from nothing and in little time without having to create a product.

I sell physical goods at the moment, that's the first thing I wouldn't get back in to! Affiliate marketing would be the best way I think, build sites with traffic, and sell advertising, no hassles...

SELL stuff on ebay to raise capital...

(probably not what most people wanna hear. but it's SOLID).

I'd sell my old crap, someone else crap, neighbours crap... JV's from garage sales, stores having a hard time selling their crap... sell the MRS

hell, anything worthy selling, I'd SELL IT.

(Ok, me MRS probably aint worthy enough... I'd get shitloads of refunds)

      But that's how I'd START.

You learn quick sales copy and it's probably one of the fastest & easiests way to learn to sell and start selling.

You wanna make some money? SELL STUFF.

I'd learn the different net business models and then select one and work from there.

I would also not try to enter the how to make money niche showing people how to make money when I don't know myself.

I wasted a year trying to crack that market and finally found success when I started marketing affiliate products and services that had nothing to do with how to make money products.

    Hope This Helps!!

    Aaron,
Not to be a smart jerk, but it seems that title of THE book you read says that it will answer the said question.

I think you should be telling us what it said to DO!

Anyway, if that were to happen, I would re-build the most effective way I built success the first time around and focus on not making the same mistakes.

    Cheers,
