Best place for finding solo ad oppurtuniteis

Hey everyone,

Quick question for anyone in the area of buying solo ads to eiter build a list and/or make sales.

Where is the best place to find solo ad oppurtunities?

I'm currently browsing through the classified ad section here on the wf and it looks good so far but do you know of anywhere else that you would recommend for high quality solo ads?

hi sean

theres lots of solo ads around but make sure your careful which ones you use

ive been using a nice list for a while but ive mainly picked them up over many months

i will say though make sure you only buy solo ads that guarantee you clicks not just a mail out, using guaranteed clicks you will be able to focus more on your numbers and conversions rather than getting people to your page and using great copy

i would post a few here for you but cant because of rules

theres a lot of garbage around so be careful

Go to soloaddirectory.com for a list of people offering solo ads. Note that they are mostly in IM niche. However you can always contact them to see if they have lists in other niches.

I used a guy on the warrior forum named Tod Dewell and I got some pretty good results.

The list has been really responsive and made some sales on the backend too.

directory of ezines is burned out, thats where every man and his dog goes

plus you have to pay to see everything within the directory, which is ahem.. rather steep!

Have to agree with you on that one Paul, one of the best and most respected place is Reed Floren's Solo Ad Directory not many marketers know of that one but the quality is to a very high standard. All the best.

I have to second directory of ezines

why?

Simple you can leverage your work, and find nice high traffic places to syndicate your articles....and also pay to advertise in newsletters and high targeted areas in your niche.

You can build relationships too and use this for extra adage to your LEVERAGE!

  I haven't found anything that comes close in comparison to what is offered in the directory of ezines. It is by no means comprehensive of course, but the variety of available niches, detail in ezine listings, tutorials, advisory service, bonuses, etc are worth far more IMO than the membership fee. In terms of ROI, I consider it among the top investments I've ever made. Unless your niche is narrowly limited to IM, the DOE is a huge time-saver for finding relevant ezines.

Like the Writer's Market and other such periodical directories, it gives you all of the information about an ezine, such as the subject, number of subscribers, how often it is sent out, etc.

The power of this is that most ezines (newsletters) make their money through advertising. You can purchase advertising in them, including solo ads, or even get your own articles published when they accept content. Most of these newsletters have been around for years and have loyal followings of active readers. (Depending on your niche market, of course.)

The Directory of Ezines also has a ton of other resources and goodies, but in my view that is it's main purpose. Along with a membership to the War Room, the lifetime membership to the DOE is one of the best investments you can make in IM.

When you become a War Room member, I also very strongly recommend the resource described in this excellent thread.
