Where's the best place to sell my site??

Hi guys,

Haven't been on here for a while, so apologies in advance if I've posted this in the wrong place.
I'm taking a new direction & am seriously thinking about selling my current online business - website, facebook & twitter pages, email list, business card & letterhead design etc.
Just thought I'd ask for your sage advice about the best place to sell all of that as a package, as I have zero experience in this area. I have a lot of things to do before I sell it, if I decide that's the best thing to do.
I haven't looked at any of the stats for ages, but it's a web development, social media management & writing business. I'm just finishing off my last client's site now, so have to wait until that's done & dusted before I make a final decision, but I have about 113 fb likers, 65 twitter followers & only 1 email subscriber :p
I usually charge about $5K per site, which includes original content, but REALLY hate finding new clients, & am not enjoying working with people on their sites as much, so am seriously thinking of selling it on to someone with more time, especially for getting & dealing with clients.

Just not sure where the best place is to sell something like this? I've had a look at the websites for sale section here, but not sure if there's really a demand for something like that on the WF, as most of the sites for sale are affiliate-style sites.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers,
Sissy

There is always Flippa. Never used it myself, but its one the more widely used sites. If I remember correctly there was a thread that highlighted one (?) of its flaws. Cant remember what it was though.

I listed my E-commerce store for sale on Flippa.com.

It sold, so I have had a great experience both in working with Flippa and the sale itself.

      Hope that helps!

      Thanks Ashley.

I've had a quick look at Flippa, it's a pretty busy site. Seems like a lot of things to do to sell your site & not sure if people there are willing to pay more than a few hundred dollars on a site.

I could be completely wrong though!

Would love to hear from someone who has successfully used Flippa.

      Cheers,
      Sissy
