Legal copyright/FTC compliant/'earnings disclaimer' etc forms?

Hi there.
I've noticed that in a lot of squeeze pages and other info products online in the IM niche they always have that little 'earnings disclaimer' with text that can keep them FTC compliant and out of trouble. Privacy policy, contact us and copyright info is also usually included. You also tend to find other legal forms inside ebooks themselves.

At the moment I'm in the health niche and planning to move over to the IM niche once I become a little successful. Now before I start generating traffic to my squeeze page that doesn't seem to be 'legally' ready yet, I want to make sure that both the squeeze page and the ebook (weight loss) I'll be giving away to generate my list are as compliant to the internet laws as possible, yet I'm not sure how or what or whereabouts I should begin in order to accomplish this. I've read on FTC's website that anything that doesn't abide to their rules can actually cost you just around 16,000$ per day!
So before I start publicising my squeeze page and put myself in possible horrific danger, I'd like to make sure that my squeeze page plus my ebook are as compliant as possible so that I can sleep well at night without having to worry about paying 16k$ a day and waving good-bye to my dream university.
Thanks!
