Default Anyone Use Microsoft adCenter Labs Tool?

A few affiliate marketers who wrote reports or ebooks on their expertise have mentioned using the Microsoft adCenter Labs tool to find keyphrases that surfers type up into search engines if they are in the buying mode for something. Here's the link:

Detecting Online Commercial Intention: Audience Intelligence: adCenter Labs

I haven't used it myself to build a site. I think checking the search volume of specific brand or product name or model numbers with the free Google keyword tool is sufficient.

Anyone actually rely upon the Commercial Intent results produced by Microsoft adCenter Labs and have seen increases in profits? Have you found the results to be reliable?
