international money transfer issue

I have just sold a web site for a large amount. Looking to find a way to best get this paid. Buyer wants to use his credit card and I can't use PayPal at all.

What methods are trusted and out there that can be used for a east ad easy transaction?

Escrow is also out of question. Please let me know

    XOOM is a great option. They have 0 processing fee if the payment is more than $1000. I am using and it and loving.

    Why is Escrow out of the question?

    It is the safest way to handle the transaction for both of you.

    Consider using escrow. Buyer can pay with credit card and you can get a bank wire made to your account and bank wire works almost in every country except the ones like north korea.

    If you must use moneygram there is a fee. Watch out anyone wants to use credit card and paypal for large transaction.Big red flag to me.Thing is buyer can't sent moneygram or wire transfer using credit card they must pay cash and have it sent to moneygram operator or Canadian Post Office will do it which they give you a cheque cashable at your bank like a certified check once printed the sender cannot renig on the funds.Be careful word from someone with of a lot of experience in dealing with customers in money transferring.

    I love escrow but buyer can't use credit card with them from his country. Not a supported payment method in his area in escrow. I'm looking into Xoom. Thank you.

      I'd be very wary of the buyer.

      If the buyer is in an unsupported country, then you lose protections that escrow offers YOU and the buyer.

      This could just be a game on the part of the buyer to bypass escrow services, so that the buyer can steal your domain.

      i.e. Pay you in Xoom. You transfer the domain. They refund. You are screwed.

      I would not touch that deal with a ten foot pole or even your pole.

      If the Buyer made that much purchases then he should know what payment system to use.

    You can send to buyer your bank account details and receive money as a bank transfer.
    I did that may times between different countries. Everytime it works fine for me.
