What Did You Outsource Most This Month

Part of the formula for success in Internet marketing is outsourcing. Which includes how to do it, when to do it and where to do it.

Outsourcing is a powerful way to leverage other people's time, talent and labor. Allowing you to focus more on your profit generating activities.

What did you outsource the most this month?

For example, I outsourced my email and article submissions.

Re: What Did You Outsource Most This Month

My #1 outsourcing expense is always writing.

But then again, I don't pay $5 for a writer.

Instead, I pay a good living wage to some of the best ghost writers on the net.

Gotta second Bill, here.

My #1 outsourcing cost this month was all writing work. (with graphics coming in second)

Cheers,

If I told you that, every person that reads this thread would be trying to hire them, and then they might find themselves swamped with work and unable to find the time to work with me. ;)

I pay my people rates that will keep them happy to give me their time, but it is up to them to find more customers like me. :)

Still on the look out to find someone that suits my needs. Ghost writers that deliver top quality are hard to find.. Or I am just not searching in the right direction. Any pointers?

That said. Outsourced the most to people that do design and programming. Think I invested around $7k soley this month and I am really glad with the job done. Currently getting a website created as well, for another $1.5k the feeling that you get when an outsourcer exactly created what you want is quite a good feeling to be honest, then again it's a real pain if they don't get it at all and you already invested the money.. I think loads have been there and loads will come across this point.. The experience I gained from the last situation is just pure gold though. Basically saying that a negative situation could give you a valuable lesson. Just a matter of perspective.

Same here number one cost is writers. I have a few that i have been working with for a fair while now.

I can do it but it takes me way too long. Much better to pay someone who does it better than me.

Tip: Two of my writers advertise their services in their signatures here in the forum. ;)

If you pay attention to their posts, you will have a real good idea of what they are capable of doing for you.

Re: What Did You Outsource Most This Month

I basically outsourced all of my website creation in expanding my authority sites.

Once you find something that will make you money, it all boils down to how fast you can do it, and how many people you can hire to accomplish this. It also comes down to how reliable they work because I find it that many outsource workers get lazy after their first $200 made and quit for a month lol ...

Manufacturing is my biggest outsourced expense. Aiming to bring more of that back in-house later in the year.

Re: What Did You Outsource Most This Month

Nearly everything is outsourced in my operation, though I still plan about 75% of the product creation. I also write a lot even though I don't have to, it's something I thoroughly enjoy doing. I love the creative side of planning, strategy, product creation, testing new traffic methods and sources, attending seminars and conferences, etc.

I spend more time managing people and investments, planning, performing quality audits, holding meetings, updating our policy and procedure manuals (soon to be outsourced), and making sure the squeaky wheel gets the oil these days. At some point I'm going to need to outsource human resources. :)

Good to hear that you Guys are all satisfied in outsourcing your business.
Among the many advantages of leasing staff, it is its cost-effectiveness and convenience that attracts clients most of the time.

Ya know, I have never used Odesk...I have used Elance (many times) but from what I have heard and seen, is that Odesk is pretty much everyone's favorite.

Note to self.... "revisit Odesk"

The same here, 50% of the "writing" is outsourced and some SEO for customers among a couple other tasks. If I don't have the time, I'll basically outsource it.;)

Just recently outsourced the backlinking for a new website. Also got an ebook cover created.

Very happy so far, as it would take me ages to do these tasks myself. I like to stick with creating content.

This is always a big month for me. Always like to setup a few new projects just before the end of the tax year. I outsource almost everything Keyword and Niche research, Content for new websites and Backlinking for the next few months.
Only thing I do myself is setup the website and fan page. Less is more :)

Hi TPW,

No offence.

Why don't you pm me and tell me. That way, not many will know. He!He!:):):)

You know what. You might have help a warrior like me make a few more sales.

Most of the writers are full of BS. They write unbelievable articles that converts high bounce rates to my sites and help my site lose their rankings. By the time I try everyone of them, I might lose a lot of sales.

I outsource my follow up phone calls every month. Apart from not having the time to call every one of my leads, I also don't have the desire to :)
I use a professional call centre to follow up my leads which leaves me more time to do the stuff that I like, like promotion!

I outsource a majority of my article writing as well as all graphic design.

You can always find decent graphic artists for cheap. Article writers on the other hand... that's definitely you get what you pay for.

Forum marketing, it is time consuming and boring if you don't like your product category.

Only problem is sometimes my assisstant goes a little overbored and stuff gets classified as spam.

I outsource quite a bit of what I do. Mostly SEO. I usually find it easier to stay on top of other things if I let someone else to that type of work for me. I try to only outsource things that aren't going to give any of my secrets away and give me competition, but anything else I can outsource I usually do.
