Which WP plugin is this?

Hi All

I am trying to find this plugin I heard about but I am struggling. Let me described witha it does.

Basically it produces a greyish box within your wp page/post which you can fill with text. I mainly see this on amazon review sites where webmasters put real reviews of the products there to make the page a bit more interesting.

Thanks for the input

you can use something like this:

    WP-PostRatings

    or this:

    GD Star Rating

but i am not sure if that is what you are searching for!

I do not about a plugin but you could use the raw html coding. Insert the code into your html section of your visual editor. Example code:
    <div style="background-color: #C0C0C0; height: 187px; width: 491px;"> Enter your text here </div>

Perhaps if you post a URL we can get a clearer response?

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

Often these boxes are part of a theme rather than a plug in.

I have them in the editing buttons in Profits Theme which I use and in OptimizePress.

Perhaps one of the advanced TinyMCE products has this function?

EDIT Found this. Don't know if its what you are after http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/...ial-textboxes/

You can see an example - link removed to protect the privacy of the site owner.

If you scroll down below the video you see what I mean. This theme is the paid version of the flexibility theme which I use myself and I do not think that it is built into it.

That looks like a Flexibility theme, that theme has lots of options to modify the look of the theme, that section your talking about is a block quote in the post, that is what that theme does when you use the quote option,it's probably adjustable also in the theme settings, all themes do some kind of design when you use the quote option but that is how it looks on that particular theme.

Hey Steve, many thanks you were absolutely right.

I used the blockquote html on my site with the flexibility theme, and that is exactly how it came out. Nice grey box.

many thanks again for your input.

You can use the Tiny MCE advanced plugin like already mentioned above, then use the table option and create yourself a table in your post and shade the background to the grey you want.
There are also other plugins on the market that can do this, they are called shortcode plugins, there are a few at codecanyon.net,there's one there called styles with shortcodes that is very good and allows you to create those types of colored boxes.
