Alternatives to PayPal (Resellers not Processors) that will allow me ask money thru email!

I need alternatives of Paypal that are not just Payment Processors but act as Resellers and have the option to ask to get paid thru email and not thru my website since there are not standard prices from my services and I need to set a price using probably a link that I will send thru email, I know some of them like 2checkout and Plimus but I am not sure if I they have the option of asking for money thru email and not thru my website...

Thanks for the answer infuse but these (as far as I know) are just like PayPal (payment processors) but I need a payment processor which will act as a reseller (which means that he will have to deal with invoicing and all these stuff), 2checkout and Plimus are some alternatives but I don't know if I can ask to get paid from the client thru email and without having standard prices for my services (since each client has different needs), So for example I would like each time a client accepts my offer to send him a request (using this payment processor/reseller) for a specific amount of money. Additionally I would prefer it if this payment processor/reseller is vat registered...

  I use 2checkout which is great but i think they have no email payment.
  Plimus as mentioned is a good payment processor, but again i am not sure you can pay via email.

2checkout i think do the same.

I personally used AlertPay for that job, and I think it is even safer than PayPal, didn't have an issue asking for money

Thanks for the answers but all these are just payment processors, I need to use something like plimus which acts as a reseller and handle all invoicing, vat etc.

Paypal, 2checkout, alertpay, moneybookers etc are not resellers and they do not handle invoicing and taxes...

So I need something like plimus where I will not have to use fixed prices for the services that I offer since each client has different needs and each offer will be unique so I need to send each time a request for payment thru email or thru a member page of the client on my site. In the same way that this could happen thru paypal...

I've heard good things about Moneybookers and Plimus, though I use Paypal so I only have minimal experience with Moneybookers and none with Plimus. But I have one business contact that swears by them
