Fiverr for me too. I list by rating and pay for one job such as an ebook cover. I've found two designers who are first class and they do all my work now at $5 a pop.

I like to go to fiverr to outsource some graphic design work. The are some really good designers on there and you cant beat the price .

I have also outsourced writing work on Iwriter.com. The quality on the cheaper articles is not that good - but you get what you pay for right?

You can also accept or decline a writers work before you pay them.

I use both Fiverr and oDesk - oDesk is for ongoing projects, Fiverr is great for one time jobs you want done.

I like odesk as you can check the person is working by keeping track of their screenshots. I also like fiverr.com I buy alot of gigs there but have to be sure the feedback and reviews are good.

I prefer fiverr.com for quick and easy jobs. Odesk for more advanced jobs. Have also used Scriptlance on several occasions.
