Looking for live site monitoring/interaction software

Hi,

I'm looking for any plugins, scripts or software that allows a website owner to be alerted any time someone visits their site, then monitor the visitor while they are on the site, & then pop in live & talk to the visitor. Any suggestions? Thanks.

    When I worked for a call center they used a piece of software called TeaLeaf (TeaLeaf.com) which allowed you to do this. They used it to call customers who dropped out of the shopping cart, ask them if they needed any assistance and try to close the sale.

    It's pretty pricey though so it's probably only worthwhile looking into if you've got a fairly sizeable operation behind you.
