Hey Rob,

I used Wishlist Member, it has a ton of options of course with that theres a bit of a learning curve but once you got it down you can really do alot with it.

If I'm not planning to implement a member portion of my website for another few months, would you recommend getting a head start with it now to understand the ins and outs of the plug-in and adjust to it?

Only used one, and that is S2 member.

Can be a bit hard to grasp at first, took a couple of hours to implement but an excellent free plugin.

I really like AMember. It has been the most reliable for me. I wasn't a fan of S2 member, but it did have a lot of interesting features. It was just clunky when I tried it out.

Everyone suggests what they like to use. They all have pluses and minuses.

But I think you would be hard pressed to find a free solution that comes anywhere near S2member.

Optimize Press has a lot of inbuilt features. Plus you have the added benefit of making pages to actually pull the members in..

Does Optimize Press integrate with Wishlist Member? I've heard multiple people mention that they are great in conjunction with each other, but I'm not really sure how they are different from each other, the different features, etc.

I've used wishlist member and OP (optimize press) before. They are both pretty good.
OP has many helpful videos to get started. If you're looking for more of a free option I've heard good things about the S2 member plugin for WP.
