Amazon Kindle Payments

How does Amazon issue payments for Kindle books? I have 2 books out there. One of them has sold a few copies. This is by no means anything I'm focusing on for any sort of income, they were just ebooks I had written that I put out there to test to see if they would sell.

Do the payments come with the Amazon affiliate payments? It's been several months and I just haven't seen anything come through that has specifically said I've gotten paid for the ebook that I know has sold.

Any help anyone could provide would be great. I'm not really getting anywhere with Google on this.

They pay every 60 days for each month of earnings (January earnings are paid in March), and if you have EFT direct deposit set up your bank records should show a payment. I have direct deposit and they have been paying me like clockwork on either the 27 or 28th of the month. Checks probably arrive during the 1st week of the month.

I also have a regular affiliate account with Amazon, but don't make diddly squat with that so I can't answer about lumping payments together.

However, you can log into your Kindle account and download the monthly reports to your computer (reports for the previous month are issued on the 15th of the following month). These will tell you exactly how much you have earned for that month, plus provide sales stats.

See if you can match up the amounts in each report with any Amazon payments you have received.

If you reached the payment threshold of $10 for EFT and $100 for a check, then you will get paid as the commentor above me has stated.
