You should check it periodically anyway, especially if you're not a frequent visitor to the WF. That sig you set up two years ago may be out of date.

I clicked on a guy's sig this morning and it took me to a GoDaddy landing page, the kind you get when you haven't renewed your domain.

Oopsie.

Good points, indeed. There are other "oopsies" in this realm, too. With apologies for drifting slightly off the original subject, for myself, I'd possibly even be marginally less embarrassed by that one than by a "Make $100 per day" link to a squeeze page which says underneath the opt-in "Get your free website with Yola/Blinkweb/Weebly" and/or "Get your free autoresponder with XYZ" ... now that's really "oopsie" when you're trying to opt in people responding to an income claim.
