requesting refund from clickbank (product not bought from clickbank)

hi. sorry for the newbie question.
i bought a product on a website for a "guru" prgram and paid from a credit card, now i want a refund, and i went on clickbank and dont know what to do.
i cant find a link or email even on "customer service' and "contact us"

any idea what to do? thanks in advance...
and do u get it straight to ur credit card (and how long does it take) or they send you a check?

and the "guru" said no questions asked refund, but in clickbank FAQ it says you have to explain why blah blah blah

any ideas? thanks again

    Contact Us - ClickBank

That should help. And Clickbank gives refunds no questions asked.

    Hi,

Did you contact the seller for a refund? You shouldn't have to, but if you can't find him on ClickBank, maybe it wasn't through CB.

Do you still have your receipt? It should say something on it how to ask for a refund, especially if it's a CB receipt. You'll need it anyway to ask for a refund.

Go here and you should find the answers you need:

    FAQ Returns - ClickBank

Fill in this form to ask for a refund

You would have clicked the buy button and whatever options you went through, you would have landed on some page to enter your credit card info. Most likely, that was CB - it's difficult to tell sometimes, but take a look at your receipt. You do have it, don't you? If you don't, you won't be able to get a refund.

Your receipt will tell you whether you paid ClickBank. Start there.

Merchants can easily process refunds for you.

There should be no reason for them to force customers to contact CB directly.

That said, the advice above will suffice and Clickbank will quickly process your refund.

Is this a silly question but does the product even come with a money-back guarantee?

i screwed up big time. and since he wants me to get the refund from clickbank, he's not gonna give me the refund himself.

No - if the product was sold through clickbank you bought through clickbank. You don't have to have an account to do that.

Submit a request for a refund to clickbank. Just do it.

It is a "no questions asked refund", but you have to at least prove you purchased the product, lol. They aren't going to just send cash to every Tom, Dick and Harry that asks them for money under the guise of a refund request.
