How to price ready made adsense sites?

I have an idea in mind that I could use a little feedback on. I will be researching keywords for adsense sites and finding EMDs to fit each one while building websites around them with unique content. I want these to be click, buy, profit where the customer chooses their niche, domain and site and can have it up and running in 24 hours or less. How much should I be looking to charge per site?

As you're probably aware, AdSense sites with proven income are highly sought after on IM forums, and Flippa. There are similar services to what you're proposing in the WSO section already on here, and also over at BHW. It might be worth doing a bit of market research to see what the going rate is?

As I said though, sites with proven earnings are much more valuable - why not spend a month or so working on them, then sell them on with 2-3 months of profit figures? You'll probably get a lot more!

Last month I turned over $57,646 on one of my Shopify web stores. Read my honest "warts n' all" review of the Shopify platform click here now!

      Hi Tgpros,

I'm planning on doing that as well but I want to provide a service either here or on Flippa that someone new could have a site already made for them where they wouldn't have to way x amount of business days for the site to be built. Think fast food but instead it's adsense sites.

A lot of people is doing that but if you think your method is really unique and those sites will really make money I would build some websites, manage for 3/4 months, get real income figures and then sell for 10x or more.

Agree on 10x, where x is monthly profit.
When a site is just established and have no proven profit, you can set some average monthly profit of your sites as x (you'll need to give proofs).

Yup, have a good look around flippa: lots of adsense sites for auction with no proven success for niche/ keyword no person in their right mind would take a gamble on these unless they are idiots with cash to burn

Have you offered any kind of services in the past? If so, what were your rates and the kind of services that you offered?

    Hi Randall,

No I haven't offered services before, I've always been on the buying end and because I know the wait times and all that goes into websites I thought I have a clever way of improving website building services so that there's nearly zero wait time.

You didn't mention how much original content the sites would have. Personally, I wouldn't pay much for them. They're brand new, haven't been ranked, make no money. For the cost of getting the articles written, I could do it myself.
