Selling a website after a slap

Hi Guys

I have a site which lost 30% of its traffic last week , maybe due to BMR which a SEO guy was using (frustrating)

Anyway, from last week's sales it looks like it will still be making $300 a month in affiliate sales as the unqiues are still there , just 80% wise

Would you sell on Flippa, or wait a couple of months

Do you think someone would buy it, give it some links and see it as an investment?

Many Thanks

Rob

What was the website making before the slap? Also, has that 80% held for an extended period of time, or could it just be the beginning of a bigger traffic dip? If I was looking into buying the site, these are the first questions that I would ask.

      Hi Joe

It was making $700 before the slap, then again the UK market is slow which has not helped

As you mentioned about looking for more stats, then I will wait for month or so

Many Thanks for your feedback, confirmed what i was thinking

Yeah, I would say that this would be the best course of action if it just happened. Try to get those numbers to stabilize and get the sales back up some. Selling at 37.5% of the normal pace is not very attractive, at least in my opinion.

      Thanks Joe

If it doesnt pick up, getting something for it would be better than nothing

      Time will tell..

      Thanks again
