Cant believe I have wasted so much time..

I cant believe I have wasted so much time trying to think of so many markets and or niches to actually get my feet wet and put to action what I have learned and already know.

Thanks to a simple PM today it finally came to me the bright light that has been sitting in front of me all this time. Amazing how the simple things can bring you back down to earth and think logical. I have had all of these ideas floating around in my head for the last few weeks of which way I wanted to go to 'get my feet wet' and start taking action. Fail hard fail fast but fail forward right!

Anyway I already have a site up in a viable market might not be the easiest or most untapped market but hey if I can do it here I can do it on any other niche. My problem was when I put this up I had a dream, not a goal or any type of plan for that matter. The site was ranking around 4th or 5th for the keyword Tablet Pc Forum. I just checked and its not even on the top page anymore, guess it goes to show that if you neglect it google will un-rank it ..

I guess what I am asking from you guys is. Some suggestions or advice on which direction to go and what is currently wrong with the site I have. The link is in my signature Tablet PC.

Here are my initial thought as of right now.

Still keep the forums, change the categories around targeting keywords more effectively. (Maybe focus on just android tablets and NOT all of them)

Implement a blog, for reviews linking them to amazon

Find a way to offer people "something" to get them to sign up to a list.

Implement adsense more effectively throughout the site.

I have earned a total of $15 since January of this year with adsense with about 500 unique visitors a month at one point it was around 800 but I did some adwords and was more active in promoting it that month also.

What are your suggestions. Anything from design keywords monetization anything that you think could help

Thanks in advance. and also thanks to the person who pm me you brought back the inspiration I once had about it that I lost somewhere along the lines. (probably because when i did it I was clueless without a plan)
