can I sell my websites even after they drop in ranking?

Same question? can i sell my websites for the same values after they drop ranking?

I have 4 Amazon review websites that earned me 500 $ per month, but that is before Panda update and the death of BMR, Now BMR is gone so do my ranking.

The question is: can I still sell my websites as same price on Flippa or just a portion of it? ( like 80% something)

    If the websites were earning $500 a piece you should be able to get a decent price for it.

    I had a site making 3k a month and I got a couple grand for it after the drop in rankings.

    Usually a website like that could sell for 20k+

    Still I told them the rankings dropped and they had to re earn them as long as you do that I recommend getting rid of them and starting new with the $$$$ you get.

    You absolutely cannot sell them for the same $500/month x 10 or so
    value. They are clearly no longer earning that amount per month.

    But as sovereignn above said, it's only fair to tell them the sites are
    no longer earning that amount because they dropped in rankings.
    Someone might still want them, if they know how to get them back
    to top rankings.

    If you are honest, there is no way that you should expect the same price for the websites now. You built the traffic on a blog network that is gone. You really have very little to sell. The new buyer will have to do all the work to get traffic to the sites. He is not really getting any value for the work you did.

    You can still sell them, just expect about a 20-50 percent drop in price.

    Quite honestly, I just deleted a bunch of sites that dropped in the ranks. If you do attempt to sell them, you should be completely honest about their current status in the serps and their lack of income.

    i mean, the website's performance has decreased so the overall value has to decrease as well. It's like saying i'm gonna sell my 2k computer for 2k after it crashed once already.
