What are YOUR Habits?

I'm reading The Power of Habit right now, and it's a neat book. I admit that it's not quite as much of a "self-help" book as I expected, but it got me thinking about my daily habits...

-Check Facebook and email multiple times a day
-Come back to the WF multiple times a day
-Skip workouts just because I want to take a nap or do something more fun
-"Forget" to call friends who I know I should
-Etc.

All of those are destructive and are taking me away from the most important things- relationships, health and my business. So, I need to get rid of those habits.

What are YOUR bad habits? Because until you identify them and figure out how to fix them, they aren't going away anytime soon!

I don't stick to my workouts like I should.

I'm definitely on the "college" diet: Pizza, pizza, cold pizza, breadsticks, and pizza.

I don't go out enough to see my family and friends, opting to stay in and write instead.

I'm working on all of them; but would be a total liar if I said that I had eliminated any of these from my life.

Checking email/stats first thing in the morning.

In the last week, I made the commitment to my mastermind group to start each morning by working on my long-term projects. This has definitely helped.

I'm still chiseling away that bad habit. Hopefully it will be a thing of the past in a month or so...

Not waking up 6am to work out every morning and starting off the day active. Instead it ends up being 9am or sometimes even 5pm after writing articles for people.

    Ideal set schedule...
    6am-7am run
    9am-4pm writing
    5pm-7pm working out
    8-9pm blog

I find that if I can start the day with a little meditation that it goes much better and that I'm more focused. If I tell myself I will meditate later in the day, I end up usually skipping it and also doing the same thing with other parts of my schedule (ie skipping writing articles or skipping creating a video etc).

Like a lot of people in this thread I don't get off my ass to exercise enough. I always seem to prioritize work over working out.

I really need to get into the habit of it again because when I do exercise regularly my work motivation levels go up too.

Exercising is not a problem for me, I am naturally slim, but procrastination is a bit of a habit that I am starting to outgrow lately; the more I have to do, the better I feel.
