From the article - (emphasis mine)
This filing will not impact Neverblue's ability to meet client needs in any way - we intend to continue to operate business as usual without interruption. Neverblue's business is fundamentally strong and we intend to make all affiliate payments on schedule, in a timely and reliable manner. We've built out our global, performance-based online marketing strategy across several unique verticals, and now operate one of the largest international cost per action networks. Neverblue is absolutely well-positioned for future growth as one of the most highly-valued lead generation companies.

    Hey Roy.

    How's the weather in Cyprus?

Still living it up in the land of milk and honey?

Keep up the good work my friend.

Centurian: Thanks Actually, I'm currently living on Magnetic Island for 6 months. Heading back to Cyprus in August.

      Bill: Thanks for clarifying that.

Really? Even with the parent company filing for bankruptcy?

I hope you're right, for the sake of all Neverblue affiliates.

From my side, I just wanted to make sure all Warriors were aware of the parent company filing. Just for their own information.

      Thanks for your input.

We have NO idea how this will affect them. They are not going out of business however, but most likely will sold. The company that owns them is in deep trouble.

I'm glad you posted this, as I just got an email this morning from Neverblue asking me to re-apply for an affiliate account. They stiffed me the first time I applied, and that was months ago. Hadn't heard from them since and now this.

Sounds like Neverblue should be avoided, at least for now during the turmoil. Thanks for the posting.

Carol & Pace: Yep. I fell in love with the place last year (Magnetic Island) and being back here for another 6 months is so amazing. It's like, as soon as you step onto the island you breath a huge sigh and all the stress (if you've got any) just falls away. Beautiful, peaceful piece of paradise.

MJW & Stoney: No problem guys, you're welcome. It was Pace's site that alerted me about the Neverblue situation actually (the site in his sig).

    Hi Roy,

Neverblue is not included in the bankruptcy filing.
In the company's statement issued, it says "Neverblue was not included in this filing."

The short answer to your question is: Yes, affiliates are being paid and will continue to be paid (although to say again, Neverblue is not part of V2V Holdings LLC filing...)

    Here's the full statement.
    --
Neverblue’s parent company, V2V Holdings LLC and its U.S. subsidiaries, today filed for voluntary protection under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Neverblue was not included in this filing. V2V intends to use the Chapter 11 to restructure its balance sheet and ensure the long term financial health of key businesses.

This filing will not impact Neverblue’s ability to meet client needs in any way – we intend to continue to operate business as usual without interruption. Neverblue’s business is fundamentally strong and we intend to make all affiliate payments on schedule, in a timely and reliable manner. We’ve built out our global, performance-based online marketing strategy across several unique verticals, and now operate one of the largest international cost per action networks. Neverblue is absolutely well-positioned for future growth as one of the most highly-valued lead generation companies

Thanks for that Andrew. I'm sure that will make a lot of Warriors who are Neverblue affiliates feel a little better.

The worry might be, as mentioned on Pace's site, that as Neverblue is an asset of the owning company they could be sold off to help pay debts.

It seems to me that if you're looking to avoid any kind of comparison to the Copeac situation, you'd let your affiliates know what the deal is. I didn't even know what was going on, and the only reason I did was I got a letter today from Neverblue with a new batch of AM names. Red Flag.

So I did a Google search for "Neverblue Not Paying", and came across this thread, as well as various grumblings in other places across the web. Reg Flag.

I'm not saying anything, except "be careful" and "diversify". 'Nuff said.
