Google search result to display summary to pages

Hi warriors,
Does anyone know what I need to do in my website to display a summary list of pages within my website in the Google Search result? For example, searching for Brendon Burchard in Google gives me a search result list where Brendon's website and it's pages are listed (see the highlighted section in the image). Any pointers would be much appreciated.

    I don't believe there's any formula to do it. It comes when your site is an "authority" site in the eyes of Google.

    The criteria for that I'm not completely sure of.
