best way to sell my sites

Guys, early on I did an experiment to see if IM was something I wanted to do. I purchased one domain and built a roughly 10 page deep affiliate site through click bank. Currently ranks #5 through #10 for "the best dog training book". I did major backlinking, forum posting, etc, etc. I haven't touched it in months and it is still top ranking. I use it mainly for backing to my new sites.

It hasn't generated the amount of cash I wanted so I want to sell it to make room for my new ones.

What is the best way to sell my sites?

flippa.com is undoubtedly the largest marketplace for websites. I suggest you head on over to there.

I also suggest this section of the WF: Complete Web Sites For Sale!

Flippa is okay, but they are now extremely expensive and you constantly read reports (I have no idea of hoe legitimate they may be), of people being ripped off using them.

I just looked at the complete sites for sale area on WF. It's CRAZY looking, reminds me of a circus or vegas with all the bright lights. LOL

        Thanks guys

In America anyone can go straight to the top. And here's what's exciting- It is the bottom that is crowded, not the top.

You could also list it in Complete Sites for Sale on Warrior Forum.

    You can sell on...

Flippa - Recommended for its size and reputation; take some time to familiarize yourself with the platform and see what sites like yours are selling for.

    WF's Complete Sites
    - You can probably do better here than you would on Flippa and it would be cheaper/less work to manage, but at the same time you almost have to be more careful because you don't have Flippa's built in security. People still get ripped off on Flippa, but not nearly as frequently or easily as independent sales.

    Ebay
    - Yep, you can sell websites on eBay...See if there are any comparable sites like yours so you can tell ahead of time if it's worth it.

    DigitalPoint
    - Another forum you can sell on, although I dunno why you wouldn't just do WF.

    Hope that helps...

I'll give WF a shot, but do I have to write a CRAZY ad?
