If you offering your services as far as building templetes for people, post your prices and other info in the classifides section.

sitepoint.com is a great place for selling templates. you do have to pay $5 or $10 to get listed but it's worth it.

ThemeForest.net is also a great way to sell templates, I've used it before. some really great quality designs there.

Do a blog about it and make sure to update it everyday. It brings a lot of traffic, but make sure you post new content everyday. good luck
