The best WP theme for list building?

Hey warriors!

I have currently a site based on fitness getting a little more than 2000 uniques per month.

I have decided to start building a list... hoping the best.

Anyway, my problem is, finding a wp theme that suits my needs.

I just need a theme that allows having a fixed HTML area that would show up on top of EVERY blog post.

I don't want a static page, just a static area.

For example, check out this parkour website at How to Parkour

The guy's opt in box shows up ONLY on the homepage, meaning all the uniques who are coming directly to one of his blog posts doesn't see this video + opt-in at all...

Do you know a theme allowing a static html area where I could include the exact same video + opt in (just like in the parkour site), but that would show up at the top of EVERY blog post, so that I don't lose even a single potential lead?

    I think most premium themes allow you to have the stand alone homepage, but why don't you just contact the owner of that site and ask them what theme they use?

    Personally I would think that seeing the same video on the homepage everytime could drive down repeat visitors. A good bold opt-in form top RHS in the sidebar is a great way to capture leads.
