Does anyone else think of your business this way?
My ultimate goal is to always have what I call a well oiled machine.
When you have a well oiled machine, you don't have to think very much.
Each day you do the same things over and over and you know what results you'll get.
Every time something changes in your industry or with the business landscape, you may need to test new things until you have a new well oiled machine.
The way you get a well oiled machine in the first place is by testing things, seeing what works, seeing if it can be repeated for similar results, then being disciplined enough to do it all over and over.
