As a Domainer, Do You Perceive Any Value In This Name?

I came across cloudvertize dot com and feel it is has value for the end-user but I would like to know if I am right or not.

What do you think? Do you feel it has value or not?

I don't personally see how it can have value as a domain, since cloudvertise.everythingelse are all still available.

Just a heads up, cloudvertise is a trademarked name so you might want to be careful. Good luck with any future endeavors.

Well, I mean cloudvertize and not cloudvertise.

There are enough legal and administrative decisions around showing even just 1
character difference is not enough to defend against an infringement claim. The
more unique and/or famous the mark, the harder to use a "variation" that won't
be confused with its trademark namesake.

As of this post, there are seemingly no disputes started by Cloudvertise. Unless
someone likes to live possibly dangerously, any willing victims...err, volunteers?

Makes no difference when it comes trademarks. You can't register and use a typo trademark in the same category that the trademark is registered. What do you think would happen if someone registered and tried to use FACBOOK? Facebook would smack them down so fast they wouldn't see it coming.

Cloudvertise is trademarked, so you'll likely run into trademark infringement problems if you use Cloudvertize.

The brandability of the name itself isn't too bad though. Clearly somebody else saw value in it and registered it as a trademark.

Trust me dude, if there any possible legal issues, just stop now. It's not worth the hassle later. There are a million marketing ideas that will make you money.

    I reckon it's a great name but I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.

i am a domainer and i think the domain has no value and like others have said it is a trademark violation so it is risky to even have it.
