Will anyone buy this on flippa?

if i decide to sell my adult website on flippa, will i get a buyer to buy it, considering the fact that i used combined hosting and domain name. what i mean is that i bought the hosting from a hosting provider in Nigeria, and the domain name is also from the same povider. they sold the hosting package and domain together. this means that the site cannot be tranfered to another hosting account. Will anybody still go ahead and buy a site like that on flippa?

Or will they buy it and allow me to help them renew the hosting and domain name each year?

I wouldn't buy a site I couldn't transfer to my own host, plus adult sites aren't allowed on Flippa.

There are big hurdles to overcome when selling any website BUT what you're suggesting selling here (and under that context) is a major hurdle as far as any potential sale is concerned...

    1) The first problem you have here is the hosting provider is in Nigeria. Sorry about stereo typing, and I mean no personal offence by it, but that's just reality of a lot of people's perceptions (including major companies, corporations and just about every merchant account provider on the planet). Even without point two below, this will make it a pretty big leap of faith for any buyer.

    2) The second compounding problem you have is the fact that there is NO reason why a respectable hosting company would NOT ALLOW you to transfer a domain to another domain provider (which would mean you could then change the DNS to point to a new hosting provider). Why would you purchase a website that has to be locked into a specific hosting provider for life? You would be entirely dependant on that provider and any number of things could go wrong. What if they jack up their prices? You're totally at their mercy. It doesn't matter where the hosting company is located (Nigera or otherwise), this would be an immediate selling point killer for 99% of prospective buyers.

I would suggest if you're serious about selling, that you sort out your domain and hosting issues first - and find a host in a location that doesn't have a really bad stigma attached to it. Nor has such ludicrous polices that no serious online business owner in their right mind would agree too.

I think u having the wrong concern about Flippa. If you read Flippa TOS, you will find out that you are not allowed to sell adult site on Flippa. They would suspend your account if you tried to list one.
