Repost to Ezine/Articlesbase or not...

I rarely post on WF...but...I do have a question....

If you had 100...500 word unique articles would you post them on Ezine/Articlesbase linking back to the home/original article or not (keep in mind that they have been posted on my wordpress blog days earlier)

Currently I'm not republishing to ezine/articlesbase...just wondering if this would help my SERPS or hurt them.

    Honestly... I wouldn't do it, and the reason is you might get a backlink from a directory but it won't be a Page Rank backlink. Plus, you'll now have to compete with the same keywords on a different site and they might not even have DoFollow links.

    I would post all your original content on your own domain and keep promoting your site and get backlinks using your most competitive keywords from other sites.

        Once they're indexed on your own site, there is no reason you can't post them at article directories or wherever. Just don't link back to the same article - that's just dumb. Link back to one that is related to that same topic, to the home page or to a squeeze page.
